All of our orders are fulfilled through Amazon’s fulfilment network, which means your order is professionally picked, packed, and shipped from Amazon’s UK fulfilment centres — whether you purchase from our website or from Amazon directly.

How We Fulfil Your Orders

Orders placed on Amazon: Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA). Your order is handled entirely by Amazon, including shipping, tracking, and delivery.

Orders placed on our website (muslimcouplegames.com): Fulfilled through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF). Your order is picked, packed, and shipped from the same Amazon fulfilment centres, but dispatched directly to you via Amazon’s carrier network. All Shopify orders are shipped in unbranded packaging — discreet and clean, with no Amazon branding on the box.

This means you get the same fast, reliable delivery experience regardless of where you order from.

Estimated Delivery Times (UK)

All delivery times are estimated from the date your order is dispatched, not from the date the order is placed. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the shipping method selected, your delivery address, and the items in your order. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any such offers will be clearly displayed on our website or in promotional materials.

Amazon orders: Shipping costs and Prime eligibility are determined by Amazon at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time. Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of dispatch.

Website orders: Tracking details will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

Amazon orders: Tracking is available through your Amazon account under “Your Orders”.

International Shipping

At this time, our fulfilment is based in the UK. International shipping availability may vary and will be indicated at checkout. If international shipping is available for your region, please note the following:

•        Delivery times will be longer than UK domestic orders and will vary by destination.

•        You may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are beyond our control.

•        We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance in your country.

Order Processing

Orders are processed 7 days a week. Orders placed before the cut-off time are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Please note: We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.

Packaging

Website orders: Your order will arrive in clean, unbranded packaging. There will be no Amazon branding on the outside of the box. Inside, you’ll find your Muslim Couple Games product in our premium branded packaging.

Amazon orders: Your order may arrive in standard Amazon-branded packaging.

Missing, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Website orders: Contact us at info@muslimcouplegames.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Amazon orders: Please contact Amazon Customer Service directly through your Amazon account, as Amazon handles delivery issues for FBA orders.

Out of Stock Items

Due to the nature of our initial product runs, stock is limited. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will notify you promptly and offer the option of a full refund or to be added to our restock notification list. Restock times are typically 2–3 months.
