At Muslim Couple Games, we believe in our products and we want you and your spouse to love them. That is why every order is backed by our Banter Guarantee, in addition to your standard return rights.

Our Banter Guarantee

If you don’t laugh, return it for a full refund.

That is the promise. Open the box, play the game with your spouse, and if it doesn’t bring the fun, laughter, and connection we promise, we will refund your purchase price in full when you return the physical game to us, within 30 days of receiving your order.

And whether you keep the game or return it, you keep all digital bonuses (companion app access, Habibi Let’s Talk premium deck, and any digital guides) as our goodwill gesture for giving us a try.

Two Ways to Return

We offer two clear return options within 30 days of receiving your order. The right one for you depends on whether you have opened and played the game.

Option 1. Standard 30-Day Return

For: Customers who have changed their mind and have not opened or played the game.

Requirements:

•        Item must be in its original, unopened condition.

•        All components included.

•        Original packaging intact and unopened.

•        Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If your return meets these conditions, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Option 2. Banter Guarantee Return

For: Customers who have opened the game, played it with their spouse, and aren’t satisfied with the experience.

Requirements:

•        Item must be in good condition (light use from gameplay is expected and absolutely fine).

•        All components included: cards, spinner, marker pens, instruction card, and any other pieces that came in the box.

•        Original packaging is not required. We know you can’t un-play the game to test it.

•        Proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If your return meets these conditions, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price under our Banter Guarantee.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@muslimcouplegames.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Please include:

•        Your order number or proof of purchase.

•        Whether this is a Standard Return or a Banter Guarantee Return.

•        A short note (if Banter Guarantee) so we can keep improving our games.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We take the quality of our products seriously and want every couple to have a great experience from the moment they open the box.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

•        Custom or personalised products (such as special orders or personalised items).

•        Gift cards.

•        Items returned after the 30-day window.

•        Physical games returned with missing components (we cannot resell incomplete games).

Please get in touch if you have any questions about your specific item.

Note on digital products: Digital items (companion app access, Habibi Let’s Talk premium deck, and any digital guides) are yours to keep regardless of whether you return your physical order. There is nothing to return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be returned with all components included and in their original packaging where possible. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Our Banter Guarantee extends beyond this statutory right, giving you 30 days and removing the original-packaging requirement if you have played the game.

UK Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you have purchased from us online, you have 14 days from the date you receive your goods to cancel your order for any reason. Our 30-day Banter Guarantee exceeds this statutory right, giving you more time and more flexibility.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
